Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of PactHaven’s contract workflow, document, and subscription services.
Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using PactHaven, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter contracts and provide accurate account and billing information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
The service
PactHaven provides software for generating, reviewing, signing, storing, and managing creator-business documents and related workflows. PactHaven is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not guarantee that a document is suitable, enforceable, complete, or appropriate for a particular transaction. You are responsible for reviewing documents and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Prices and included usage are shown before checkout. You authorize the payment processor to charge the selected plan. You may cancel renewal from the Plans screen; access continues through the paid period unless law requires otherwise. Taxes may apply.
Acceptable use
You may not use PactHaven unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights, upload malicious material, interfere with the service, evade plan limits, probe security controls, or access another user’s information without authorization.
Your content
You retain ownership of information and documents you provide. You grant PactHaven a limited license to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for having permission to provide personal information about brands, collaborators, and signers.
Availability and termination
Features may change and service may occasionally be unavailable. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to a material violation. You may stop using PactHaven at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. PactHaven does not warrant uninterrupted operation or legal outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, PactHaven is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid for the service during the preceding 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted with an updated date and, when appropriate, communicated through the service. Questions may be sent to the support address listed by the service operator.
